SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on shopping cart totals of $100.01 or more within the Lower 48. We will generally ship USPS Priority Mail with typical delivery between 2-8 days.

Most of our orders are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. Special orders and items that are out of stock can take longer. If you need your order quicker than normal, you can select an expedited shipping option at check out or call me so we can arrange the best way to get your items to you.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns under the following conditions:

Contact us for a return authorization
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it .
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Allow 10 business days for your return or exchange to be completed.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payments are processed at the time orders are placed. If an item is not in stock we will contact you, make it and ship it as soon as possible. We accept credit/debit cards and Pay Pal, online. Cash or check locally aree also accepted. If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, please call so that we may process the cancellation before the order is shipped. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We can offer limited wholesale pricing to select local yarn stores for mill spun yarns, raw fleeces and some roving. Please contact us directly so we can discuss products and options with you.
